Permission Slip for all summer camps 2026 : My child has permission to go off KPUMC campus for summer camp experiences. As a parent, in consideration of Kessler Park UMC agreeing to take my child on said church-sponsored field trip, I hereby give my approval to his/her/they/their participation. I assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from the activities, and I do hereby waive, release, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Kessler Park UMC, the staff, organizers, sponsors, supervisors, participants, and persons transporting my child to and from such field trip, for any claim arising out of an injury to my child, whether said injury occurs at such field trip or while being transported to or from the same. Here are the details about 2026 camps:
Children's #1 Art Camp (ages 4-10): June 8-12, 2026: Art using different mediums, trips to The Meadows and Play Street in Lake Highlands
Children's #2 Animal Camp (ages 4-10): Jun 15-19, 2026: we will serve several animal sanctuaries as well as horseback riding and Heritage Farm.
Children's #3 Animal Camp (ages 7-12): July 13-17, 2026: we will server several animal sanctuaries as well as horseback riding and their favorite - Dog and Kitty City.
Children's #4 Service Camp (ages 7-12): July 20-24, 2026: we have received several invitations to serve this coming summer including Dallas Bethlehem Center, Wesley Rankin Center and the Dallas Parks Department.
